About the role
As a Solutions Specialist for AI Patient Intake at Assort Health, you will be at the intersection of product, sales, and AI operations, serving as the dedicated expert for our Patient Intake product line. This is a unique, quota-carrying role (70/30 base/commission split) that functions as a hybrid between a Solutions Engineer and a Product Manager.
You will work directly with health systems and specialty practices, leveraging deep domain credibility to support active deals, deliver targeted demos, and drive customer conviction. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is passionate about both technology and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to product expert for Assort's AI Patient Intake solution in sales conversations.
- Partner closely with the Patient Intake Product Manager, acting as the bridge between the product and sales teams.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of patient intake workflows and EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Athena).
- Synthesize customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to drive deals from discovery through deployment and identify upsell opportunities.
