The Role As the Manager Analytics you will lead the Analytics Support team to serve customers across the property insurance and restoration industries. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership and a technical mentor to your team of analysts. In this high-impact role, you will define our analytical roadmap and shape our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. You will drive data-driven decision-making by developing methods and models that improve business performance for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex business questions into detailed measurement plans, KPIs, and actionable intelligence. Oversee the implementation and optimization of the full data stack, including data source from Snowflake, modeling in PowerBI, and managing change control via GitHub. Propose and execute strategic analytical initiatives that directly address core business challenges and drive measurable company objectives. Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively to balance long-term proactive initiatives with urgent ad-hoc business requests. Qualifications: Essential Capabilities and
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Requires 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics with a significant portion spent in a senior or leadership capacity. Proven experience managing or mentoring a team of data analysts, including hiring and performance management. Demonstrated expertise in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards, including data modeling and visualization. Expert knowledge of DAX for calculated columns and measures, and Power Query for transforming data. Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. Technical proficiency in Python and C# for data analysis and automation tasks. Experience establishing change control processes and managing code reviews using GitHub. Background in translating complex business objectives into strategic technical roadmaps. Experience applying or developing performance management metrics for claims organizations. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mastery of additional data analysis tools such as Tableau or Excel.
