Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Nace.AI ’s AI-Agentic products. You will define product vision, analyze user and market needs, and work closely with engineering, design, and ML teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features. You will manage the full product lifecycle and ensure solutions align with business goals and user expectations. Key
Responsibilities: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user value and business impact. Translate customer feedback, market trends, and data insights into actionable product
requirements. Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time. Oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery and scoping to launch, testing, and iteration. Set, monitor, and analyze product KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement. Conduct user research and validate assumptions through experiments, prototypes, and feedback loops.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field. Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML products. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML products or data platforms. Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern PM tools (Linear, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc).
