About
the role We are looking for a Junior Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to support the Kuwait marketing team across all campaigns. This role will be hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, working closely with the local marketing team, brand team, and wider creative stakeholders to deliver engaging visual assets for campaign, social, CRM, and owned-channel activity. The main responsibility of this role will be to support the development of motion graphics and design assets that bring Deliveroo campaigns to life in a way that feels fresh, on-brand, and locally relevant for the Kuwait market. Support the Kuwait marketing team with creative design and motion graphics across campaigns, always delivering work that is on-brand and visually engaging. Help raise the standard of visual storytelling across marketing channels through strong motion design, layout, and creative execution. Interpret briefs clearly and translate campaign objectives into compelling visual assets. Stay up to date with design, motion, social, and digital content trends, especially those relevant to the Kuwait market. Maintain a strong understanding of Deliveroo’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and campaign style.
Responsibilities Support the Kuwait marketing team across all campaigns with design and motion graphics
requirements. Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, CRM, owned channels, digital placements, and other campaign touchpoints. Interpret creative briefs and develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives. Adapt campaign assets across different formats, channels, and audience needs. Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure all visual assets are consistent with Deliveroo’s brand identity. Create static and animated assets using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Support the localisation of campaign visuals for the Kuwait market. Take feedback from stakeholders and revise creative work quickly and accurately. Organise and manage design files, templates, and campaign assets efficiently. Stay current with emerging design tools, AI-enabled creative workflows, and motion graphics best practices. Required skills and
qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a corporate, agency, or in-house creative environment. A strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static graphics work. Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of Figma and experience adapting designs across digital formats. Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, colour, and composition. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work within tight deadlines. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, experiment, and improve. Preferred skills and
qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, motion design, visual communication, multimedia design, or a related creative field. Experience working on marketing campaigns, social media content, or digital advertising assets. Knowledge of AI creative tools and how they can support design, production, or workflow efficiency. Experience working with local or regional Middle East brands is a plus. Interest in food, culture, social trends, and digital content.
