Head of Regional Marketing APAC Department: Corporate Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Indonesia Description We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Regional Marketing to lead our marketing function during a period of rapid expansion. Over the next three years, we have set ambitious goals to significantly scale our presence and market share across the APAC region. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies within dynamic, high-growth environments. You will be responsible for the regional P&L from a marketing perspective, taking full ownership of our brand and business metrics growth in some of the world’s most competitive markets. Responsibilities Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives to drive key performance metrics and strengthen brand positioning across APAC Revenue & Growth: Drive revenue growth by maximizing both acquisition and retention, while improving marketing investment efficiency Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Product, Marketplace, Driver Operations, Business Development, and Analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with overall marketplace performance Agency & Partner Management: Work with internal teams and external partners (including creative, media, and influencer marketing agencies, as well as strategic partners) to execute high-impact marketing initiatives Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate marketing performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities to regional and global leadership, including C-level executives Regional Scope: Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Thailand, India and new launches within the APAC region Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in digital consumer marketing, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Marketing Director, Head of Marketing) in global or high-growth technology companies Industry Background: Strong experience working with mobile-first products, preferably within E-commerce, Ride-Hailing, Fintech/Banking, or similar high-growth sectors Ecosystem Expertise: Experience with ecosystem-based marketing and cross-sell optimization in a multi-product environment is a significant advantage Market Context: Deep understanding of the APAC media landscape and consumer behavior Performance: Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale marketing strategies that drive measurable business results Strategic & Analytical: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies, financial forecasts, and growth models Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex ideas and present effectively to senior stakeholders Job
