About the role
We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation with 5+ years of experience to own and scale our pipeline engine from the ground up. We are looking for a hungry, hands-on, and strategic individual who is excited to build our demand generation function from scratch at a high-growth, category-defining AI company. This is an individual contributor role for the first 6 months with a clear path to building and leading a team.
What will you be doing?
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, rethinking and rebuilding our approach across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), events, and field marketing.
- Be hands-on in the weeds, managing and executing campaigns to drive pipeline and deliver qualified meetings within the first 90 days.
- Take ownership of a significant marketing budget, starting with a paid media budget of $500k-$1M and an events budget in the millions.
- Evaluate, select, and implement the marketing tech stack needed to scale the demand generation function.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to align on strategy and drive revenue impact.
