About the role
Being accountable for EHS performance metrics and implementation of annual improvement plans. Periodically inspecting, auditing, and reviewing safe work practices to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Conduct workplace risk/exposure assessments for various classes of hazards. Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, so that corrective and preventive actions can be identified, communicated globally, and implemented. Conducting/delivering regulatory training programs to meet EHS
requirements. Embody our culture and values. Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering OR a related field, OR equivalent qualification Experience working with Environmental Health and Safety regulations in a global or multi-regional environment Holds a valid driving license that enables travel to and from the worksite, where required for
the role. Ability to reliably reach the worksite within 60 minutes to meet operational and on-call
requirements. These
requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, or a related field HVK (Hogere Veiligheidskunde) Additional experience in Environmental Health and Safety within regulatory environments
