What You’ll Do Build and run the operational backbone of Genesis across HR, office, and internal processes Own HR operations end-to-end: contracts, payroll (outsourced),
benefits, onboarding, and compliance across multiple geographies Oversee daily office operations: facilities, vendors, equipment, logistics, and workplace experience Design, implement, and improve internal processes (travel, expenses, procurement, tools) Manage purchasing and logistics: hardware orders, shipments, customs, and supplier coordination Partner with Finance, Legal, and external providers to ensure smooth administrative and compliance workflows Organize team events and rituals that strengthen culture across offices Identify operational gaps early and implement pragmatic, scalable solutions What You’ll Bring Strong experience in operations, business ops, or people & ops roles in startup or high-growth environments Proven ability to operate across multiple domains: HR, office management, finance ops, logistics High ownership and execution mindset: you take problems end-to-end and get things done Ability to bring structure and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Experience managing multi-country HR topics (France, UK, US) Experience with procurement, hardware logistics, or supply chain operations Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Ramp, or similar Experience working in highly technical environments (AI, robotics, engineering)
