You're comfortable with volume — this is a high-tempo role with lots of conversations. You've worked in or around a sales team and you get how a sales motion works. Bonus points if: You have a background in law or you've worked in the legal sector. You’ve worked at a SaaS scale-up (Series A-D). This job likely isn’t for you if: You need lots of structure and hand-holding — you'll own your day, pipeline and numbers. You just want to pass leads to AEs — we expect you to care about closing deals and owning the full cycle on smaller opportunities in time. You're used to a slow sales pace — this is high-velocity, high-volume work. You see this role as a long-term home — it's a 9-12 month launchpad to AE. You're not comfortable with targets — this role has clear targets and and measurable output.
