Job Description As an Electronic Assembly Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for supporting the industrialization of new products within electronic assembly environments. You will drive new product introduction activities, oversee engineering resource management, and help improve time-to-market through effective execution, talent development, and organizational leadership. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a multi-functional engineering team focused on new product introduction of printed circuit board assemblies, process execution, and technology deployment across multiple projects. Oversee and support core industrialization activities including Design for Excellence (DfX), product data readiness, prototype line execution, and product cost estimation. Establish organizational goals and KPIs to measure, monitor, and improve team effectiveness and business performance. Manage engineering resources by assigning and allocating work based on project priorities, schedules, skill development objectives, and time-to-market
requirements. Drive technical and leadership development within the engineering organization while ensuring accountability for program and production success.
