Essential Functions Validate - Research, collate VOC, aggregate market data, mine usage analytics and present the results to Sr. PMs, designers, etc. for decisions on what to build next. Shadow customer engagements for exposure and experience Plan - Draft Initiatives and Epics for handoff to Sr. PM (who will work with design and architecture), including key acceptance criteria Build - Story writing should be a team sport, not owned by the PM. Perform effective knowledge transfer to engineering team for them to execute on build and testing. Review outcomes to ensure acceptance criteria are met Grow - For features that have been released, spend time tracking adoption via usage analytics, support feedback, and CSM sentiments from customers. Identify if additional problems need to be solved in the area of interest based on adoption success (or not) nCino Product Knowledge - Expand upon the knowledge of your feature through deep VoC exposure such that you can speak confidently about how customers are using your feature in the real world and what problems it solves well and begin to understand the possible enhancements to the feature experience that would further delight our customers. In addition to a deeper understanding of your feature, expand on your knowledge through deeper understanding of how your feature connects to the overall experience of the personas impacted Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making, identify customer behavior patterns, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs. Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions, track adoption, and surface opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that add value to the customer experience while staying informed on emerging technologies and their potential application across the product lifecycle.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
