We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer with 3-5 years of experience to build VESSL AI's entire US demand generation engine from scratch. You'll be growth hire #1, owning everything from paid acquisition and SEO to PLG activation and content strategy — all targeting AI/ML infrastructure buyers. This is a true zero-to-one role at a company that's gone from near-zero revenue to eight figures in total contract value in just six months, scaling from 3,000 to 10,000 GPUs by end of year. What will you be doing?
Building and owning the full top-of-funnel engine: paid search, paid social, SEO, content, and email to drive new user sign-ups to the self-serve cloud platform and talk-to-sales inquiries for the private cloud offering.
Owning PLG growth post-sign-up — activation, conversion, and retention campaigns to move users from sign-up to first GPU job.
Creating a content strategy that resonates with AI researchers and ML engineers, including LinkedIn ghostwriting, technical blog amplification, case studies, and event collateral.
Setting up attribution, conversion tracking, and reporting infrastructure from zero so every dollar and hour is accountable.
Representing VESSL at conferences, meetups, and developer events where AI/ML infrastructure buyers spend time.
Build, train, and deploy models faster at scale with fully managed infrastructure, tools, and workflows.
