About the role
As our founding engineer, you'll own significant parts of the product alongside the founders. You'll work across the stack — event capture, the workflow inference and generation pipeline, integrations, and user-facing surfaces. You'll work directly with users and help shape the technical direction of the company.
What you'll work on
- macOS and Windows desktop clients
- Backend services and data pipelines for high-volume event data
- LLM pipelines that turn raw signals into workflows, and the evals behind them
- Integrations across the apps our users already work in
- Infrastructure and reliability
- Direct work with our earliest customers
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience building production software
- Full stack experience across multiple frameworks
- Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, or streaming events
- Product obsessed and high ownership mentality
Nice to haves
- Experience with LLM agents, distributed inference, or evaluation pipelines
- Background in developer tools, automation platforms, or integration-heavy products
- Client-side or on-device engineering experience
- Early-stage startup experience
