Responsibilities Oversee and manage driver supply in the local market to ensure a healthy balance between demand and availability; Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen driver engagement, retention, and market positioning; Lead fleet-related projects, including expansion planning, operational optimization, and exclusivity programs; Analyze driver app usage and performance to generate insights that support product enhancements and operational improvements; Collaborate with HQ teams to execute local digital campaigns, acquisition strategies, and incentive programs; Design and implement initiatives to improve driver retention, streamline recruitment efforts, and enhance the registration process; Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively adjust local strategies; Manage and mentor a direct report in a supervisor role to ensure daily operational excellence and cross-team collaboration; Leverage data to monitor market performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision making; Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 4-5 years of experience in operations or a business-related role, preferably within ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Experience managing driver supply, fleet operations, or partnerships . Proven ability to decompose complex business challenges, prioritize effectively, and drive results . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and influence at multiple levels . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration . SQL proficiency is a plus ; strong Excel skills required to analyze trends and create reports.
