About the role
We are seeking an ECVC Associate with 4-8 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or mergers & acquisitions to join Wilson Sonsini's ECVC practice. This role is crucial due to high client demand and continued growth. We are looking for a highly skilled corporate associate who can lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors for both company-side and investor-side clients.
- Lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors.
- Work on high-growth businesses at all stages, from pre-seed to pre-IPO, focusing on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, and corporate governance.
- Counsel management on matters ranging from formation to exits.
- Advise venture capital firms and institutional investors on emerging growth companies.
- Foster relationships within the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem.
- Work with clients across diverse industries including AI, digital health, defense tech, life sciences, electronic gaming, and fintech.
