As a Data Analyst , you will join our Data team and also work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to help scale Embat’s commercial engine through data. We’re looking for someone with 0–2 years of experience, curious by nature, and excited about turning raw data into insights. You’ll help

the team track performance, identify bottlenecks, uncover opportunities, and ultimately make better, faster decisions. Support the collection, cleaning, and transformation of data from different tools (CRM, marketing platforms, customer success platforms). Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports related to revenue, pipeline, marketing and retention. Execute ad-hoc analyses to solve real business problems and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Contribute to improving data accuracy by identifying inconsistencies and working cross-functionally to solve them. Help document key metrics, sources and logic used in reporting processes. Identify and help implement process automation and self-serve reporting opportunities.
