Corporate Security Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate physical security or a closely related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supporting managerial role. Strong background in physical security operations. Demonstrated expertise in physical security systems, access control, surveillance, crisis management, executive protection, and travel security programs. Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional security projects from initiation to completion, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Ability to manage security teams, vendors, and stakeholder relationships. Deep knowledge of security threats and local law enforcement networks (experience in Texas or similar high-growth markets is highly advantageous). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Willingness to travel and be available for on-call incident response as needed. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) and project management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are preferred.
