Work with team leaders on key programs and strategic initiatives to develop clarity on engagement scope and deliverables. Establish a results-oriented, metrics-driven programmatic approach to deliver strategic initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert, driving assessments in collaboration with other teams, conducting competitive analyses, financial modeling and examining customer and technology-related industry trends, as well as industry-specific
requirements/regulations and opportunities. Define best practices for business cases that drive long-term, integrated, cross-business solutions and roadmaps that improve business performance and mitigate risk, while driving innovation and collaboration with key suppliers to enable growth and scale. Determine and lead large scale process improvements to quickly scope insights. Drive simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions, to increase agility and efficiencies and lower costs. Lead the tracking, coordination, and communication of end-to-end project schedules and plans. Establish and monitor processes, while driving accountability with stakeholders to follow the established schedule and processes. Demonstrates flexibility working with a global team, including a small core team based in Redmond, WA (USA). Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience. These
requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Experience working within a business development organization is a plus.
