Responsibilities: Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of platform/feature building, including technical architecture, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Apply new technologies and tools to continuously optimize and enhance platform capabilities and quality, such as cloud-native, big data, and AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to support customer needs and deliver high-quality solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively seek opportunities to use them to improve platform capabilities and business
requirements.
Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Scala, Python, Java, Lua, Go, or TypeScript. Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and experience developing applications within a microservices architecture. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. Experience with at least one database, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB. Experience with at least one data processing framework, such as Kafka, Spark, or RocketMQ. Familiarity with good engineering practices, including clean code, CI/CD, DevOps, and GitOps. Positive, self-driven, and able to take ownership and responsibility for your work. A passion for technical excellence, continuous learning, innovation, and optimization. Ability to use AI technologies to improve skills and support the business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
