the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives by balancing hands-on coding, thoughtful team management, and strategic technical leadership. You'll drive projects with clarity, care, and intensity, supporting your team members' growth and leading by example. What you’ll do Demonstrated experience managing and growing engineering teams while actively contributing to codebases. Strong technical chops: comfortable coding, reviewing code, and architecting systems at scale. Proven ability to drive clarity and alignment around complex technical decisions and challenges. Empathetic leader who supports team growth and champions best practices in software engineering.
