The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying target accounts in their assigned territory along with the execution of successful sales campaigns that result in closed business for the company. The ability to present and demonstrate the value proposition of Kahua is critical to success. The Sales Executive must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several simultaneous sales campaigns, as well as manage the transition of the closed accounts to colleagues in professional services and support. Immediate documentation of deal-related activities in our CRM is expected, and accurate reporting of deal status is a critical, measured, component of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue target accounts within assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
• Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns for enterprise-level deals
• Conduct high-level product demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and ROI
• Manage complex sales cycles (6-12 months) from initial contact through contract closure
• Coordinate seamless transitions from pre-sales to professional services and customer support teams
• Present and demonstrate Kahua’s value proposition
• Control expenses while maximizing sales effectiveness
Experience Required:
• Minimum 3+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience with deals valued at $250K-$500K+ ARR
• Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles lasting 6-12 months
• Experience in consultative sales methodologies and solution-based selling
• Prior experience in construction industry or construction technology preferred
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

• Strong technical aptitude for conducting software demonstrations and articulating complex solutions
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
