About the job
- Calendar management: ruthless prioritization of the CEO's time, proactive scheduling, and protecting dedicated blocks for focused work
- Email and communication triage: managing inbox, drafting responses, and flagging what needs attention now vs. later
- Meeting prep and follow-up: pulling context before meetings, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through
- Travel coordination: booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport efficiently and without drama
- Project tracking: keeping tabs on open threads across hiring, investors, customers, and internal initiatives
