The role As Technical-Logistical Support (TLB) Manager within our In-Service Support (ISS) discipline, you will plan and steer the technical and logistical support of our systems in operation. You will apply the relevant ASD S-Series specifications to keep our platforms available, supportable, and mission-ready. Working in German with public contracting authorities (öAG), you will support procurement processes and apply the fundamentals of public procurement and contract law. You will manage the interface between development and operations, connecting developmental support (ETB) with in-service realities. Your work ensures our ever-progressing technology reaches the field, stays sustained, and continues to protect the democracies we serve. The day-to-day Plan and steer technical-logistical support (TLB) for systems in operation, applying the relevant ASD S-Series specifications to sustain availability and supportability Support procurement processes and apply the fundamentals of public procurement and contract law when engaging public contracting authorities (öAG) Act as the primary point of contact for the öAG, communicating clearly on support status,
requirements and deliverables in German Manage the interface between development and operations, translating developmental support (ETB) inputs into operational support outcomes Track and improve supportability metrics across the in-service lifecycle to reduce downtime and sustain mission readiness You should apply if you Communicate confidently with customers and public contracting authorities, in fluent German and English (C1 or equivalent) Apply the ASD S-Series specifications to technical-logistical support in an operational setting Understand the fundamentals of public procurement and contract law (öAG-Vertragsrecht) and use them in day-to-day engagement Coordinate across development and operations, with a working understanding of developmental support (ETB) Turn complex support
