The Team Dell Consumer and Gaming Partner Marketing Strategy Manager leads Intel's consumer and gaming marketing strategy with Dell. This person works closely with Dell and Intel teams to plan campaigns, support product launches, manage partner marketing investments, and help bring Intel's product story to life across Dell's consumer and gaming business.
The role requires strong partner management, clear communication, digital marketing experience, and the ability to connect product strategy with real-world go-to-market execution. Key
Responsibilities: Build and manage strong working relationships with Dell consumer, gaming, product, marketing, PR, social, and regional teams. Lead Intel's consumer and gaming marketing planning with Dell, including annual and half-year co-marketing plans. Support major Intel product launches by aligning Dell's marketing plans with Intel priorities. Turn Intel product messages into clear, Dell-specific stories for consumer and gaming audiences. Plan and support full-funnel marketing programs, including digital media, influencer, experiential, Dell.com, training, and demand generation activities. Manage partner marketing budgets, track spend, and measure program performance. Use data, digital tools, and AI-enabled marketing approaches to improve campaign impact and efficiency. Monitor competitive trends across AI PC, gaming, and consumer technology. Ability to manage complex work, influence stakeholders, and drive progress across teams. What Success Looks Like: Dell understands and activates Intel's consumer and gaming priorities clearly and consistently. Intel is well represented across Dell's launch, digital, retail, and demand generation programs. Marketing investments are used effectively and tied to measurable outcomes. Internal Intel teams are aligned, informed, and moving toward shared goals.
The role helps strengthen Intel's position in AI PC, consumer, and gaming categories. Why This Role Matters: This role helps Intel show up strongly with Dell in the consumer and gaming market. It connects strategy, product storytelling, partner relationships, and marketing execution to support Intel's growth and differentiation in a fast-changing PC landscape. Work Style: This Austin-based role requires regular collaboration with Dell and Intel teams across AMR, EMEA, and APJ. Some flexibility in working hours is needed to support global coordination. Presence at Intel office in Austin and face to face meetings with Dell required.
Qualifications: Minimum
qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred
qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, related field or technical degree with proven marketing experience. 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, go-to-market planning, or related technology marketing roles. Experience working with partners, OEMs, retailers, or cross-functional marketing teams. Strong planning and project management skills. Comfort working across global regions and time zones. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience with Dell or another large technology partner. Familiarity with Intel products, AI PC, Core Ultra, consumer PCs, and/or gaming PCs. Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, demand generation, or AI-enabled marketing tools.
