Position Overview As we expand our operations with our key products MDR and Email Security, we are looking for a Deal Desk Manager who is both business-driven and process-driven. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business, process and GTM strategy. Your mission is to build the engine that powers of growth by eliminating friction, unifying data, and ensuring proper sale of our most profitable products (MDR and Email Security). You will be part of the CSM team, building strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success and Cyber Engineers to turn sales process into seamless, scalable workflows. You will lead projects from discovery to deployment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Post-Sales Become the internal expert on MDR and Email Security products, pricing models, and delivery constraints, ensuring every deal is scalable, deliverable, and profitable. Own the operational validation of strategic deals before signature across technical, licensing, vendor, and delivery dimensions. Partner closely with Sales during pre-sales cycles to unlock complex or custom opportunities. Coordinate post-sales issue resolution across Customer Success, Cyber Engineering, and external vendors. Process Build, document, and continuously optimize scalable deal workflows across teams. Especially, identify process gaps and operational risks before they impact revenue or delivery. You’ll have to design pragmatic solutions and scalable workarounds in fast-moving or ambiguous situations. Act as the operational bridge between Sales, CSM, Cyber, Finance and Legal. This means You’ll own operational governance around contract changes, commercial exceptions, and non-standard requests. This includes driving internal enablement in order to reduce friction and increase visibility regarding the processes. Vendors & Product Management Negotiate custom pricing structures alongside Sales leadership to maximize competitiveness and profitability. It implies that You’ll be highly involved in the operational relationships with strategic vendors and distributors for MDR. In relationship with the vendors, manage operational execution for non-standard commercial models, including multi-year agreements and custom packaging. Ensure vendor processes and commercial terms support scalable growth and efficient delivery.
