The Position Sequencing is hiring its first Head of Finance & Analytics to build the financial and data infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth. Reporting to the COO, this leader will establish our FP&A function from the ground up, own performance reporting for the executive team and board, and build a scalable analytics capability across Product, Growth, Customer Success, and Operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a builder who can translate complex financial and customer data into clear insights, drive capital discipline, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team. The Impact Build and own the company's first in-house FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Develop dynamic financial models to support growth scenarios, capital allocation, and subscription revenue forecasting Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting for the executive team and board Partner with the Controller to ensure clean close processes and accurate financial reporting Define and own unit economics including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback period Model subscription retention, cohort performance, and lifetime value dynamics to guide growth investment Oversee paid marketing financing facility and ensure full compliance with reporting
