About the role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience to help expand Vannevar’s agentic AI platform to new missions, datasets and operating environments. This is a mix of product engineering and forward deployment: you’ll work directly with operators, then build and ship what they need into sensitive government environments. You’ll join a new 2–3 person team under Scott, Director of Product Engineering, and it’s one of the company’s top priorities.
What will you be doing?
- Build full-stack features across React, Postgres, Redis and S3
- Work with users on-site to turn mission needs into product requirements
- Deploy and integrate with government IT systems (data platforms, IdAM, SIEM, CDS)
- Own features end to end, from requirements to production in the field
- Travel 40–50% to customer sites in DC and Tampa
