As a Staff Software Engineer on the Billing team, you’ll play a meaningful role in making sure our financial foundations are as robust and innovative as the healthcare marketplace and the growing suite of products that help providers connect with and care for their patients. You will lead the evolution of our billing systems into a flexible, best-in-class platform capable of supporting diverse and fair pricing models—ranging from our core marketplace to new AI-driven innovations like Zo, our AI Phone Assistant. Your work is critical to ensuring our providers have clarity regarding their payments and can easily see the immense value Zocdoc brings to their practice. By architecting a scalable platform that automates complex manual workflows for our Finance team, you will remove friction and enable the business to reinvest revenue into new opportunities for patients.
