AlgoViral helps fast-growing technology companies grow through short-form social media.

We create, edit, and publish high-volume TikTok and Instagram content using creator instincts, data, AI tools, and fast iteration. Our work includes both viral organic content and ad-style content.

Most of the content we create is AI-generated, supported by a small amount of human UGC.

The role

We are hiring a creator to help us make short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, mostly using AI tools.

This is a fast-moving role. You will spot trends, create videos, edit content, use AI tools, write captions, and help us ship content quickly across multiple client accounts.

You will work closely with the founders, get fast feedback, and improve quickly.

What you’ll do

• Create short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
• Adapt trends for different brands and audiences
• Use AI tools to generate, edit, and improve content
• Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and platform-native style
• Write captions and help prepare posts for publishing
• Help create ad-style content, UGC-style content, b-roll, and viral formats
• Work from daily feedback and contribute ideas in team meetings
• Keep up with the latest developments in AI tooling, video generation, and viral content, then share useful learnings with the team

Essentials

• Must speak fluent English. You will be expected to participate and present in daily team meetings in English.
• Must be available Monday-Friday from 10am-11am BST (UK time) for daily team meetings.
• Must have experience as a content creator on either TikTok or Instagram.
• Must be willing to quickly learn a range of AI video generation tools and keep improving over time.

Bonus

We use HiggsField, Sora, Seedance, Veo, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Artlist, Buffer, ManyChat, Slack, and Google Drive.

You do not need experience with all of these, but familiarity with some of them is useful.

Compensation

• $1500-$2000 USD / month depending on experience
