The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance operations and reporting processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the modernization of our financial systems, including the adoption of AI and innovative technologies as part of our transformation roadmap starting in Q2 2026. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key finance functions such as financial reporting, audit support, expense management, and process improvement. You will also play a meaningful role in enhancing efficiency by supporting the development and implementation of automation tools and data-driven solutions. Working closely with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions to enhance budget planning and review processes Design and build automation tools for revenue tracking, purchasing workflows, and financial reporting Research AI models and algorithms to identify practical applications for financial and business challenges Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to test, validate, and deploy automation initiatives Support end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, claims processing, and reconciliations Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis Participate in audit activities by preparing supporting schedules and documentation Work with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Finance Manager Stretch / Value-Add Projects: Develop automated dashboards or reporting templates Support finance workflows and propose improvements. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
