About the role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead customer implementations end-to-end. You will be a great fit if you are a strong technical builder who also enjoys working directly with clients to translate their business requirements into robust systems. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with the founder to help our enterprise customers get the most value out of our AI agents.

What will you be doing?

Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and setup for new enterprise clients.
Gather technical requirements from clients post-sale and translate them into clear specifications.
Fine-tune and adjust AI agents based on client feedback and testing to prepare for go-live.
Ensure customer success during the first month post-launch by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and implementing fixes to deliver a positive ROI.
Build and maintain custom integrations and internal tools to make implementations faster and more repeatable.
