Forward Deployed Engineer
At some point in the future, every business will answer their phone with voice AI. We are making sure that when they build that AI agent, the experience of doing so doesn’t suck.
We’re growing incredibly fast and need someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment to work side-by-side with the our engineering and leadership team. This may be one of the most important roles in the company and is critical in helping us move faster, stay organized, and execute at the highest level.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, driven, and fun to work with. You’ll be working directly with our engineers, customers, and product team. You’ll be presenting to clients, building POCs and demoing our product. You’re core to the success of this company.
NOTE: This is an engineering and technical customer support position. You will be writing code, a lot of it and it will be a lot of work… if you’re looking for a cushy corporate job where nothing get done, I recommend checking out some of our competitors. Your day to day:
- Build integrations across APIs, webhooks, and internal services to connect customer systems with the platform.
- Develop rapid proof-of-concepts to validate workflows, features, and customer use cases before full-scale implementation.
- Understand the customer’s technical environment, constraints, data flows, and operational needs in detail.
- Review, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Iterate on workflows directly with customers, refining architecture and logic based on real-time feedback.
- Closely monitor customer deployments, system health, and behavioral patterns to proactively identify issues.
