As a Founders Associate in the COO Office, you’ll work hands-on across operations, processes, and cross-functional initiatives to turn strategic priorities into action.
What You'll Do In this role, you will: Assist the COO with high-impact operational projects and strategic initiatives Optimize and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and company-wide execution Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes Your Profile You’re a good fit for this role if you: Have experience in operations, consulting, project management, or high-growth startups Think analytically, act proactively, and can translate insights into action Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across teams, including executives
