Roger is an AI-powered SDR that automates outbound sales from end to end. We help small to mid-sized teams scale pipeline without stacking tools. Backed by Y Combinator, Roger handles lead sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, and booking - all in your tone of voice.
We’re growing quickly and hiring our first US-based Account Executive to help build and scale our go-to-market motion. This isn’t a “run the playbook” role. You’ll join early, own deals end to end, shape strategy, and work directly with the founder to define the next phase of sales at Roger.
