Every company runs on business processes. Most of them still run on people.
This isn't because those people love doing it, but because no software has ever been capable enough to take it over completely. That's changing. We're building the infrastructure that lets AI agents own entire business processes end-to-end: not assisting humans, not suggesting next steps, but running the workflow autonomously from start to finish.
We call it the Agentic Process Engine. We're starting with sales — one of the most complex, relationship-dense, high-stakes processes in any company — and rebuilding it from the ground up with agents instead of people. This transformation is already happening in external roles like customer service — AI agents replacing entire support teams. The same shift is coming for every other business unit. We intend to own it.
Our design partners are marquee unicorn companies in Silicon Valley and we've raised $8M, backed by some of the biggest names in venture. We're expanding rapidly and we want to work with the best people on the hardest problems.
Our founders are Felix Su, former Director of Engineering at Scale, and Jason Yang, former Staff Engineer at Scale, who built enterprise from pre-revenue to a $XXM business in 3 years.
The Role
We're building the founding engineering team — the people who will define how this company is built, technically and culturally, from day one.
There is no product playbook for what we're building. The questions you'll be answering are ones the industry hasn't answered yet: How do you design an agent system that reliably replaces a human workflow, not just assists one? How do you orchestrate multi-step autonomous processes that hold state, adapt to context, and act without a human in the loop? How do you make that trustworthy enough that a company hands you their entire sales org?
