About the Role
As a Founding BDR, you’ll help build Newton’s outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a pure outbound role for someone hungry to break into early-stage SaaS and learn how to sell.
About You
We are in-person, in our Lehi, UT office. In addition to competitive salary and equity, we offer health, dental, and vision. OTE for this role is $90K with uncapped comission.
Newton is the AI phone system built for retail healthcare practices—starting with dentists. We replace outdated phone systems and clunky communication tools with a modern agentic platform that handles scheduling, billing, and patient communication.
