Founding Engineer

San Francisco, CA

About the role

We’re hiring a founding engineer to help us capitalize on our growth and momentum. Come join us at the ground floor as we reimagine how healthcare practices manage patient operations in a $300B industry.

Here’s what you can expect in this role:

  1. Ship best-in-class product: we move quickly and operate in a fast-moving space. You’ll own key product functions (across the stack) and will ship fast and regularly while maintaining a high-standard for excellence.
  2. Shape the roadmap: Work directly with the founders as we iterate, refine, and distill the overarching product vision. You will synthesize insights from customer conversations to help us identify where to invest our time and efforts in the short and long term.
  3. Define the culture: as a part of our founding team, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the culture at Newton. As we grow, we want to build a culture anchored in egoless execution and customer obsession, and we need your help doing it.

We are in-person, in San Francisco, CA. In addition to competitive salary and equity, we offer health, dental, and vision benefits as well as free gym access and daily lunch.
