About the role
We are looking for a Founding Engineer with a proven track record of shipping products with user traction from 0 to 1 to join our elite team. We need a smart, gritty, and creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can operate with a founder's mentality. This role is critical as we lack the capacity to drive our key automation initiatives forward at the required pace. You will be instrumental in modernizing the alternative investment industry by building the AI-native infrastructure that powers our platform. What will you be doing?
- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents to automate the ingestion, parsing, and standardization of complex financial documents, significantly reducing manual operational work.
- Lead the consolidation and modernization of our two separate engineering systems into a unified, scalable, and robust architecture.
- Own critical systems and automation pipelines end-to-end, from initial scoping and architectural design through to deployment and operation in production.
- Improve and streamline our CI/CD pipeline to increase development velocity and system stability.
- Work directly with operations teams to understand complex manual workflows and build the automated solutions that solve their core problems.
