About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5+ years of experience across different parts of the stack (e.g., frontend, backend) who has worked for both reputable companies (FANG, Databricks, Snowflake) and startups. You should be a generalist who thrives in ambiguity, thinks like an owner, and builds iteratively. Bonus points if you have strong foundations in distributed systems, data, or AI/ML and have graduated from a top CS program.
What you'll do:
- Design and build our core intelligence engine end-to-end: data ingestion, model orchestration, feedback loops, API layers, UI integration.
- Own the architecture across stack boundaries (Python / Go / TS) to support scalable, evolvable systems.
- Partner with founders on roadmap, trade-offs, and technical vision.
- Define what great engineering looks like in an AI-first organization.
- Potentially engage with customers to understand needs and present solutions.
