We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our core team and redefine clinical research. We're seeking a product-first, full-stack engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about building agentic AI systems. You will be instrumental in architecting our core technology, accelerating the delivery of new medicines, and shaping the future of our product.
What will you be doing?
- Deploy cutting-edge AI agents in real-world clinical trial settings.
- Architect and build core systems, from full-stack web applications to RAG and data pipelines, with a path to tech leadership.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product features and vision.
- Take ownership of 0-to-1 projects, building intelligent software that streamlines clinical trial operations.
- Develop and maintain the core application across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
