Founding Engineer

Building a state-of-the-art AI platform is a remarkable technical and product endeavor. As a Full Stack Engineer at inBuild, you will tackle unique architectural and system challenges. You will design comprehensive and thoughtful solutions to intricate problems. You'll be contributing to the world's next most influential AI product. We're searching for a Full Stack Engineer with a wide-ranging experience in application development. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Design and Product teams to make key product architecture decisions and implement core platform features.

Overall you will...

• Collaborate with our Design and Product teams to decide on product experiments and adjustments to the AI platform
• Pair program with designers to prototype and explore new and intriguing interaction models
• Implement custom native user interfaces using React and Flutter
• Optimize UI and application code for performance, quality, and maintainability
• Strategize, architect, and implement sizable product initiatives, including UI, logic, networking, and persistence components

Qualifications

• You have experience with product development, preferably with full-stack capabilities
• You have experience tech leading critical projects or initiatives within your team and organization
• You've worked on large, complex codebases
• You're product-minded and user-driven
• You're pragmatic and can see the bigger picture; you're able to reason about prioritization and scope
• You're excited to work in a startup environment with daily stand-ups and quick product validation cycles
• You prefer learning quickly, embracing fail-fast approaches to swiftly refine our code, systems, and processes.

Compensation and Benefits With our flexible compensation model, employees have the ability to design their compensation according to their needs. People join startups for different reasons, and we aim to be accommodating and flexible to everyone’s lives. Every candidate approved for an offer receives two options:

• The first offer is a lower salary with a higher equity package
• The second is a higher salary with a lower equity package.

Candidates can choose either option or between the two on a sliding scale. The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$200,000 USD, which will vary based on experience level and interview performance.
