About the role
Gosynaps is seeking senior, autonomous Founding Engineers to join their team.
The role focuses on building and scaling their product infrastructure, primarily using Python. Key
responsibilities include: developing full-stack capabilities (web and data science), building scalable systems to handle millions of products, implementing self-serve features to reduce manual customer success work, expanding marketplace integrations, and improving data quality and categorization systems. The engineer should have experience with Python, web development, and ideally some exposure to data science or ML concepts. The ideal candidate has previously worked as a founding engineer in AI companies or similar early-stage environments. They will work on a tech stack including Python, Cloud Run, PostgreSQL, and classical web technologies.
The role involves architectural design decisions, system scaling challenges, and working closely with cofounders on core product infrastructure.
