About the role
We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our lean, 3-person team and take ownership of our technical architecture. We are seeking a self-starting individual who thrives in a 0-to-1 environment and can build for scale as we expand globally. This hire is critical to maintaining our momentum with key design partners and capitalizing on current market opportunities in the healthcare AI space.
What will you be doing?
- Architect and build the backbone of a global healthcare platform, transforming complex workflows into seamless, automated voice experiences.
- Take complete ownership of the technical architecture and product, building new features from scratch for our Voice AI agent.
- Ship 0 → 1, owning the rollout of our voice agent across initial enterprise contracts and ensuring it handles real-world clinic workflows reliably at scale.
- Integrate with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and establish engineering best practices, from CI/CD pipelines to AI integration patterns.
- Liaise with clients on technical scoping, pilots, and implementation to meet their needs.
