What You’ll Do:
- AI-Accelerated Development: Lead our adoption of cutting-edge AI development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Devin to dramatically accelerate our engineering velocity and code quality
- Stablecoin Platform Evolution: Build on our existing React Native/Expo foundation, making critical architectural decisions as we scale to handle millions of stablecoin transactions globally
- Full-Stack Innovation: Expand our backend infrastructure, mobile platform, and stablecoin payment systems that serve users across multiple countries and currencies
- Founding Team Impact: Shape technical direction, engineering culture, and hiring decisions as a core founding team member with significant equity upside
