What you'll do:
Build agents: Design and ship multi-modal AI agents (browser, voice, text, APIs) that outperform human workers at complex healthcare workflows
Ship to customers: Work directly with health system operators to understand their workflows, deploy solutions, and drive financial impact
Design eval infrastructure: Build rigorous evaluation frameworks to systematically measure and improve agent quality across every customer
Shape platform strategy: Identify cross-customer patterns that guide Omni's agent platform. Evaluate and integrate the latest AI advancements as they emerge
Scale core infrastructure: Build the agent infrastructure layer (context engineering, tool orchestration, memory, evals) that allows agents to operate across the entire healthcare revenue cycle
