About the role
We are looking for a founding Finance & BizOps leader to help us scale our rapidly growing AI-native consulting firm. This is a unique opportunity for a highly autonomous individual to work alongside experienced founders, build an entire function from the ground up, and shape the culture of a firm that is changing the future of consulting. You will be a key member of the founding team, pushed to move fast and create impact in a talent-dense environment.
What will you be doing?
- Think from first principles to reinvent how work should be done in an AI-native firm.
- Operate with high autonomy and responsibility from day one, with no harnesses.
- Define new Finance and BizOps initiatives and own them end-to-end.
- Build systems yourself using AI coding tools, and work with engineers to take them to the next level.
- Drive initiatives independently and help shape the culture of a firm built to last.
