About the role
We are looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer with 0+ years of experience to join our fast-growing, 2-person team. We are looking for a highly competent, entrepreneurial, and high-energy individual to take ownership of customer accounts and help us scale our AI solutions for enterprise clients. This person will be one of our first hires and will have a massive impact on the company's trajectory.
What will you be doing?
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from scoping and building to deploying state-of-the-art AI agents.
- Serve as the trusted face of Dataland for key business stakeholders (VPs, SVPs, C-level execs) at enterprise clients.
- Write code to build bespoke integrations with customers' existing, complex systems to solve their most challenging operational problems.
- Expand customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and growing the line of business, for example, from $500k to $3M ARR.
- Ship improvements to AI agents from day one, hitting the ground running to deliver immediate value to customers.
