- Build high-quality, durable integrations with various software apps.
- Identify patterns in user requests, scope new features to address them, and build the features end-to-end.
- Make complex agentic systems work at near-perfect accuracy.

- Are an extremely resourceful and fast-iterating engineer with 2 or more years of experience building impactful applications.
- Have an extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail.
- Can rapidly learn new technologies like Rust.
