Engineers can now ship in hours instead of weeks. The only thing slowing them down is quality assurance, the final gate before users feel the impact. This shift created a trillion dollar opportunity for verification agents. QualGent is building the verification layer for modern software teams. We have already proven this hypothesis through enterprise deals and are now focused on scaling.

The Role
We’re hiring a Founding Head of GTM, a builder who wants to architect, run, and scale our entire go-to-market motion. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founders and our GTM Engineers to drive the full customer journey.
ICP → outbound → meetings → demos → contracting → closing → expansion.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a zero-to-one GTM architecture role with immense ownership and upside.
You’ll define the playbook, build the system, and become the canonical GTM leader as we scale.
