About the Role
We're hiring our Founding Head of Sales to build and lead the go-to-market engine for our insurance business across the UK and EU. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to shape sales strategy, build the playbook from scratch, and lead a team of BDRs from day one. You'll own the full sales process, from lead generation and prospecting through to close.
This is an in-person role based in our London office, six days a week. We're building something ambitious and we want the team in the room together.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute the GTM strategy for the UK and EU, including ICP definition, segmentation, messaging, and channel mix.
- Own the full sales process end-to-end, from lead generation and outbound prospecting through qualification, pitching, negotiation, and close.
- Lead and develop a team of BDRs, setting targets, coaching on outreach and qualification, and building the cadence and culture of the sales floor.
- Personally carry a quota in the early months and use those learnings to build a repeatable playbook.
- Hire and grow the wider sales team as we scale.
- Own the full sales stack and reporting: CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, conversion metrics, and win/loss analysis.
- Partner closely with founders, marketing, and product to align GTM with the roadmap and feed customer insight back into the business.
- Build relationships with brokers, partners, and enterprise accounts across target markets.
